2. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:
- interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or customer information;
- introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful technologies;
- use automated systems to misuse, overload or interfere with the website;
- use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; or
- copy or exploit website content except where permitted by law or with our permission.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect RareLock, our customers or our systems.

3. Products and Product Information

RareLock sells trading card protection, display and collection accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, photographs and compatibility information are accurate.

Before purchasing, customers should review the product dimensions and compatibility information provided on the product page.

This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description, not fit for a disclosed purpose or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- product unavailability;
- an invalid or undeliverable address; or
- circumstances that make fulfilment impossible.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no goods are supplied, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

The final amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Taxes, customs duties, import charges or other local fees may apply depending on the delivery destination. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, fulfilment delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and change-of-mind requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Any voluntary change-of-mind conditions are separate from statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

8. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, customers may have statutory rights where products are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or materially different from their description.

These rights apply independently of RareLock's voluntary return policy and cannot be excluded or restricted by these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies available under applicable consumer law may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including the RareLock name, branding, layout, graphics, text, photographs and other original material, are owned by or licensed to RareLock and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the content for personal and non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or republish protected content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The RareLock website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, tracking services and Shopify.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may temporarily modify, suspend or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RareLock is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as necessary to provide our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or jurisdiction where the customer resides.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
